About "In The Divine"

Maryland, 1967

Theresa Schlee Valenzuela is a pole dancer, writer, speaker, Feminine Essence Coach and avid cloud-watcher based in Los Angeles, California. She has been a student of metaphysics and personal growth for more than two decades.

She started off in the Vocal Studies department at Long Beach State University and went on to earn her degree in Creative Writing/Poetry from San Francisco State University.

She is a certified NLP Trainer, hypnotherapist and Time Line Therapy™ Practitioner and a long time student of prehistoric and ancient spiritual traditions, most notably the shamanistic practices of ancient Hawaii.

Theresa has extensive experience with transformation through grief and loss. She has logged thousands of hours of research combined on women’s health, modern birth practices, nutrition, the modern food supply and the human energy system.

In The Divine comes from the concept that we constantly co-create with Source Energy, and that on a moment-to-moment basis, our lives reflect whether we resist or flow with that process. Feminine Divinity is represented in what Theresa has coined as the Feminine Creation Vortex, the cosmic source of power, manifestation and magic, organic to all women. This concept is at the heart of the teachings in her novel, Penelope In The Divine, a story about a sensual woman born with special powers who journeys through the world of pole dancing and toward spiritual transcendence.
