Today we are trapped between conflicting ideologies. Women want the rights that our feminist foremothers gained for us, yet we also want to be feminine women. Men want to be well-rounded people, but are see-sawing between their ingrained biology, their authentic, masculines selves and the “sensitive” creatures modern society expects them to be. Unfortunately, you like me, were not trained how to live in harmony with these ideals. Most modern women were actually trained to be men and most modern men are having their masculinity trained out of them! The end result of this is unhappiness, lack of sex drive, anger, premature aging, high blood pressure, heart disease and persistent hormonal imbalances.
I am a trained coach and I teach women how to stop being men and start being women again. I teach men how to stop trying to be “sensitive” and embrace their masculinity. I teach YOU how to use these innate polarities all the time – from the moment you open your eyes in the morning until the moment you go to sleep at night. I show YOU how to be successful in love, at work, with your children and with your boss; in a way that proves your power, not your weakness.
